Food Intolerance

Food intolerance, is the name we give to the condition which occurs when we react or become unwell after eating or coming into contact with a particular food or ingredient.

It is estimated that more than 3% of the population suffer unpleasant symptoms as a result of a food intolerance condition.

Symptoms range from skin reactions to a swelling of the lips, mouth or throat, to breathing difficulties, vomiting and diarrhoea.

Our bodies can become intolerant to hundreds of different foods and ingredients.

The condition can be linked to and triggered by other stress factors that may have developed in the body.

The good news is that, In most cases, the symptoms will disappear when we avoid the problem food or ingredient.
